We like to be up front about the way we do business. Here's what you need to know about doing business with us.
We've ordered the coffee, and done the prep, therefore, we need a minimum of three full working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a full refund. We charge 100% for any course cancellations within three days.
If you cancel more than three working days prior to the course, you can transfer to another course, however, we will charge additional costs for food and other expenses.
You can tag someone else to attend the course in your place and we won't charge any extra cost.
If we don't get the minimum number of attendees to make the course productive, we reserve the right to cancel it. We'll let you know of the cancellation or postponement by phone or email at least three working days prior to the course.
