Skills taught

Leadership Development Programmes are comprehensive, individually tailored and designed specifically to meet the needs of your organization and your people.

Training provides the opportunity to learn new skills. However, it takes practice and concerted effort before learning becomes a new way of doing things. Our programmes follow a process to ensure new skills become habits.

  1.  Awareness: Start by setting personal leadership goals in conjunction with the programme facilitator, the participant and their manager.
  2.  Learning: Attend four x 3.5-hour workshops. The content for each workshop is individually tailored for either first line leaders or leading leaders.
  3.  Applying: Complete the activities and practice exercises after each workshop.
  4.  Reflecting: Receive one-on-one personalised coaching after each workshop to integrate and refine the application activities and exercises.
  5.  Refining: Maintain a record of coaching to reflect on leadership practice.
  6.  Results: On completion of the programme review the learning goals and set new objectives.

The Learning Process

What to expect

We take a deep dive into leadership: starting with the conscious decision to become a leader and what it means to be an accountable leader. They can expect to take a close up and personal look in the mirror to assess their strengths and vulnerabilities. Leaders will come out with clear understanding of leadership expectations and a plan for continuing your leadership journey.
