In this programme, we’ll start with discovering how each team member perceives the effectiveness of your team. We’ll use Herrmann Whole Brain Thinking to examine your team profile and review team strengths, gaps and communication styles.

Armed with this insight, your team will collaborate on the Team Canvas to create a clear picture of your vision, team purpose, communication strategies and processes.

This course is designed for
