In times of pressure we can make knee jerk decisions caused by a reaction to market forces and/or the feeling of being overwhelmed by the size of the task at hand. What we don’t do enough of is to critically analyse what part of our business is causing that effect and having done so evaluate whether change is required.
The purpose of this workshop is to look at your business and discover the parts that make the whole. You will be looking at:
- What parts are missing
- Which part is the right fit
- How to afford the part required
- What tools will be required for implementation
At the end of this workshop you will have the tools to clearly identify in your business the parts that are missing; those that fit well but may need upgrading and what you will need to put in place to effect change and improve results.
